Our Purpose is to assist elderly and or disabled adults so they may remain in their own homes, living independently for as long as possible. We believe that the people of God are called to be a caring community, and this is a means of demonstrating God's love.

Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers of Corvallis is a ministry of eight local churches:
First Baptist
First Christian
First Presbyterian
First United Methodist
Good Samaritan Episcopal
Grace Lutheran
Seventh Day Adventist
St. Mary’s Catholic
A Board of Directors representing each of the participating churches establishes policy and direction for our services.
Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers was established in 1986. As an ecumenical organization operated entirely by kind-hearted Volunteers, we do not inquire as to the religious orientation of our Care Clients. We provide assistance only to older and or disabled adults in Benton County. Medical/hands-on assistance or help for families is not within our mission.
